Simply type your question, attach any supporting documents and click submit. Your question will be assigned to one of our team of mental health clinicians who will review your file, send you a detailed response, and attach any relevant links or documents. You can submit a question at any time, and your clinician will respond within 1 business day.
Ask a Mental Health Clinician supports your treating doctor. It does not aim to replace them. If you require prescriptions or referrals, you will need to visit your treating doctor.
Our Clinicians will also help you to identify if any of our other services could help you to manage your medical condition.

Get answers to your medical question
Our Mental Health Clinician will respond to your question in writing usually within 1 business day, and you’ll be notified by email that your answers are ready for you to review in your Asteron Life Connected Care account.
